Masinton, Field Manager <br />Subject: Golden Eagle Mine (Permit No. C-1981-013) Bond Release Application No. 6 <br />The BLM concurs with CDRMS's August 26, 2008 decision to approve the bond release application <br />no. 6 for the Golden Eagle Mine. BLM understands that this is phase 3 of the bond release, releasing <br />New Elk Coal Company, LLC of all liability for the Golden Eagle Mine except for the property <br />related to one vent shaft located on private property.
