Powertech appreciates the prompt reply to our prior submittal in this <br />regard. <br />The referenced photographs of the proposed drill sites have been reprinted and are enclosed <br />herewith. Also, an electronic file of the photographs is included for your use. <br />The typographical errors identified in sections 5.2.4 (3) and 5.2.5 (3) of SOP 8 have been <br />corrected and the revised version of SOP 8 is enclosed herewith for replacement in your paper <br />copy file with the remaining SOPS. The enclosed CD contains all of the requested SOPS, <br />including the revised SOP 8. <br />Having reviewed your discussion of the new requirements related to HB 2008-1161 and the <br />determinations specified in your letter, Powertech will waive its request that the locations of the <br />two monitor wells be confidential. <br />We trust this satisfies the completeness requirements and that authorization to proceed will be <br />forthcoming. <br />Sinc/erel , <br />Richard E.
