Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On July 10, 2008, the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety approved your succession of operator <br />application from Walter Pope to Walter Pope Inc. and increased the financial warranty from the current <br />$12,800.00 to $29, 847.00. In order for the succession to be completed, the increased warranty had to be <br />submitted by September 10; 2008.If the warranty is not submitted by the requested date, the succession <br />application will be denied. <br />Even though the succession of application will be denied at that time, the increased warranty will still have <br />to be submitted by the current operator.
