Mid-Continent LSTfReauest for Extension. <br />Dear Mr. Marshall: <br />As a result of your inspection of the Mid-Continent Limestone Quarry on <br />June 25, the Division requires that a Technical Revision for revised weed <br />management plan be submitted by August 29, 2008. <br />I wish by this letter to request an additional 30 days to comply with this <br />requirement. At the time of your inspection my father had been recently <br />diagnosed with terminal cancer. I have been extremely preoccupied by his care <br />and, upon his death this month, by arrangements for his funeral, burial and <br />memorial.
