General Comments <br /> The primary focus of this inspection was on topsoil salvage at the Mine <br /> No. 1 coal storage area and sediment control at the prep <br /> plant/office-shop area. The No. 1 and No. 2 mine portals and the rock <br /> disposal area were also inspected.
