Please find enclosed the DRMS inspection <br />reports based on that visit. Based on the nature and similarities of the projects and their close proximate to each other P-3, P- <br />4, P-5 and P-6 respectively were not visited but considered typical of those where on site inspections took place. <br />Based on a review of the applications and the site visits it appears that the only outstanding issues are the reclamation liability <br />estimates and documentation on the confidentiality law changes. Staff plans on calculating those estimates in the next few <br />days. Mr. Klatt has contacted DRMS staff and the confidentiality documentation is forthcoming.
