Dear Mr. Wilson:
On July 21, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the
Division on March 11, 2008, addressing the following:
Change of post mine land arse for processing plant and support areas, to inditstrial/commercial.
The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999-002. All
other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1999-002 remain in full force and effect.
It is understood that this amendment was submitted in advance of a acreage release request for these areas. The
reclamation cost estimate for this site will be recalculated during the release request process.
