Cattany <br />Parachute, CO 81635 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Yankee Gulch Minerals Project, Permit No. M-1999-002, Amendment Approval, Revision No. AM-4 <br />Dear Mr. Wilson: <br />On July 21, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on March 11, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Change of post mine land arse for processing plant and support areas, to inditstrial/commercial. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999-002. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1999-002 remain in full force and effect. <br />It is understood that this amendment was submitted in advance of a acreage release request for these areas.
