Cattany <br />1613 N Perry Park Rd Division Director <br />Sedalia, CO 80135-8511 Natural Resource Trustee <br />r/ <br />Re: Oaklands Ranch, Permit No. M-1989-092, Conversion Approval, Revision No. CN-1 <br />Dear Mr. Curtis: <br />On July 7, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to the <br />Division on April 2, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Conversion from 110c to 112c. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1989-092. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1989-092 remain in full force and effect. <br />The financial warranty for the first phase of mining has been determined to be $12,000.00. This amount exceeds the <br />$5,000.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $7,000.00.
