Forrest,
The K-pit work shown in TRA 03 is not related to truck/excavator operations or the construction of any permanent
fills. The area shown on Map M10A, Sheet 3 allows for dozer stripping and/or dragline stripping in the north
portion of the K-ridge area. Map M10B, Sheet 3 shows topsoil stripping to accommodate the operations shown on
Map M1 OA, as well as the area needed for the placement of dragline and/or dozer spoils. Issues in the DRMS
memo to KP are related to truck/excavator operations and the final configuration of permanent fills. These are not
a part of TR 103.

Dear Mr. Luke,
The Division received Trapper Mining, Inc.'s Technical Revision Application (TR-103) on May 27,
2008 and found the revision complete on May 30, 2008.
In lieu of the attached letter from the Division to Knight Piesold dated June 13, 2008 in reference to PR-
06, will any of the information contained in TR-103 need to be updated, revised or withdrawn?
