Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On 28-Mar-2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) received the <br />application from Western Fuels - Colorado (WFC) for TR-57. This application was determined <br />to be Complete on the 9t" of April. <br />In response to the Public Notice which appeared in the San Miguel Basin Forum on Thursday, <br />April 16t", only one letter expressing objections to this technical revision was received by the <br />DRMS - from the Morgan family in Nucla. This letter was provided to WFC by facsimile on 06- <br />May-2008; a copy is also enclosed with this adequacy review. <br />Mr. Dan Mathews, of the DRMS Grand Junction Field Office, has reviewed the application <br />package for TR-57. His comments are detailed in the attached memorandum. The DRMS has <br />not yet received comments from Jim Boyd, of the Natural Resource Conservation Service.
