As an important component within <br />the Climax Mine water collection and treatment system, this work is considered an Environmental Protection <br />Facility (EPF) under the Environmental Protection Plan. Climax is submitting three (3) copies of the attached <br />drawings for Division review per Rule 7.3. Major changes to this design are not anticipated, but changes may <br />occur based upon comments from the Division. <br />Climax is anticipating the work associated with this project to begin in June, 2008 and continue through <br />September, 2008. Prior to switch over and utilization of the new pipeline 'system, Climax will submit an <br />Engineer's Certification of the installation to the Division. <br />If you have any further questions regarding this project, please contact me at (719) 486-7561 or Gary Slifka at <br />(719) 486-7563.
