Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) issued a proposed decision for <br />Technical Revision No. 102 on May 1, 2008. A public notice of the proposed decision was published <br />in the Craig Daily Press on May 8, 2008. This public notice initiated a ten-day public comment period <br />that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding this <br />proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the public comment period. <br />The tenth day fell on Monday, May 19, 2008.
