Section 2.05.4, Reclamation Plan. <br />TCC has no additional comments regarding the cost estimate. <br />2. 2.07.6(1Zb) AVS computer check. <br />Per the Division's request, PAP page 2.03-6Ra has been modified to correct Officer and Director <br />title information. <br />3. Section 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Resources Information. <br />PAP Section 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Resources Information has been reviewed and updated. <br />Please see the attached revised PAP page 2.04-17.submitted to reflect the consideration of the <br />latest T & E and candidate species list for Delta County. Based upon current information for <br />these eleven species, the continued existence and operation of the TCC facility will not adversely <br />effect or contribute to a loss of viability of any of these T & E or candidate species or their <br />habitats. <br />• Page 1 <br />
