No. CN-1 J <br />Mr. Ebert: <br />Included with this letter are my responses to the deficiencies as written in your letter dated May 8"', <br />2007. I've included the maps with my signature on them and added Display D -f Mining plan map. I did <br />not include all the exhibits, only those pages that I made changes to and highlighted in bold those <br />changes. I also included the seeding recommendation from the NRCS that I inadvertently forgot when I <br />submitted the initial application. <br />lastly, I received a correspondence from the Division stating that the decision date for our application is <br />June 19th, 2008 although yours stated June 21~t, 2008.
