During 2007 Trapper did disturb 42.36
acres of surface ownership. However, only 35.1 of these acres were new disturbance on the site.
The additional acres encompassed areas that had been previously disturbed, reclaimed and then
re-disturbed.
All parcels re-disturbed had their respective acreages recalculated and are shown on the 2007
Annual Reclamation Report Map. Acreages for the three phases of bond release were also
recalculated to represent losses in these categories.
The discussion on Tuesday Apri122, 2008 during your site visit should also aid in response to
your comments.
Please contact me if you have any additional questions regarding the enclosed information.
Sincerely,
-„r~'lv~'--
Graham Roberts
EHS Specialist
GCR M:\ANNUAL REPORTS\DRMS07RPT\TR 102 Response Letter.doc
c Jason Musick-two copies w/ attachments
File 109.2.3.4 w/o attachments
Revisions File
P.O.
