Box 17130 ,Boulder, CO 80308; (303) 665-9390, submitted a request for full reclamation responsibility release <br />for the Bailey Pit, Permit No. M-1984-099. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near <br />Section 36, Township 3N, Range 68W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
