Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Aztec, / Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Shults Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-2000-073, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Small: <br />On July 30, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on July 14, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Increase area affected at any one time and revise the seed mix. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2000- <br />073. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2000-073 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $9,287.00 exceeds the $7,464.00 performance bond currently held (Reclamation cost <br />estimate enclosed). If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $1,823.00.
