Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Marr Mine, C1980-006, Second Quarter 2008 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR) <br />CDPS Permit No. COG-850036 and COG-850037 <br />Dear Mr. Patterson <br />The Division received Kerr Coal Company's (KCC) Second Quarter 2008 Discharge Monitoring Report for <br />CDPH&E permit Nos. COG-850036 and COG-850037 on July 24, 2008. Timely submittal of these reports is <br />in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br />The report states that load out pond did not discharge during second quarter 2008. Pond A discharged during <br />second quarter but none of the sample parameters exceeded the standards. Pond B discharged during second <br />quarter but none of the sample parameters exceeded the standards. Pond D discharged during second quarter <br />but none of the sample parameters exceeded the standards.
