Withdrawal and Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing Process.
Dear Interested Party:
On July 22, 2008 the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) received a Party Status
Withdrawal Form from the Deep Cut Ditch Irrigation Company regarding the above referenced I I2c
permit application. Deep Cut was the only objector to the application. With the withdrawal no formal
public hearing is required and DRMS staff can finish the permit application process. Therefore, the Pr
hearing Conference which was re-scheduled for July 29, 2008 and the Formal Public Hearingz schedule
for August 13, 2008 before the Mined Land Reclamation Board are herby canceled.
