A review of the response submitted by Water Resource Consultants, LLC to address the <br />issues listed in the Adequacy Review has revealed a few more issues and clarifications that need to be addressed. <br />The memo that lists the concerns and questions is enclosed with this letter along with the Second Adequacy letter <br />for your records. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please remember that the decision <br />date for this application is July 18, 2008. As previously mentioned if you are unable to provide satisfactory <br />responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of time to <br />allow for continued review of this application.
