During the month of May 2008, DMP 004 and DMP 007 exceeded compliance criteria <br />for the 30-Day Average Effluent Flow. DMP 004 and DMP 007 did not exceed any compliance <br />criteria regarding effluent parameter concentrations. <br />The effluent flow exceedances are believed to be due to spring run-off from an above average <br />snowfall year resulting in large flow events. Chart 1 shows the mean Accumulated Precipitation <br />at NRCS Site 709 at Rabbit Ears for two data sets; 1987-2007 and 2008. The May 2008 <br />Accumulated Precipitation is 8.5" above or 123% of the last 20 year mean. Attachment 1 is the <br />Accumulated Precipitation raw data in tabular format at NRCS Site 709 since 1987. Also, the <br />CDPS was renewed May 14, 2007 with an effective date of July 1, 2007.
