The DMG document images can be copied to either a CD or a DVD, Please check one below and return this
form wit your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called,

Carnputer requirements to use tite DMG document imaging CD (or DVD):
1. A program called QuiekView will be copied to Elie CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DNIG fill',11111111 CD the
firs) lime. Future List of this or other ii-noging CD's does not require a new installation or the sotiwarc.
2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive, A DVD drive will read & CD or DVID.
3, The CD will contain files with the tif extension. There needs to be an inhalZe viewing :+ppliculion For .tif files on your ernihlhurcr thin
will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing, programs arc called "Windows Picture
Und Rix Vicwcr" or "Point" and they da not wcrls with Quicl<View. The lunging Vicwcr that conics with pre-Windows XP e0111pLIM-6
does Work. DMG has determined that aprogram called`IritiihVicw", which can be downloaded from IrtanView.com, does work with
QUicliView, After downloading "lrfatiVicw", it needs to be Ponligurcd ris your dethult tif viewer. DNIG dots not support or endorse this
software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as
"l:hht+gdng Preview" and "Imaging for Windows
Instructions:
1. Insert the CD into your computer.
2. Allow time for the CD to install.
3. Eject the CD from the computer.
4. Reinsert the Cl) into the computer.
5. You arc ready to view the Permit Files.
NOTE: A program called QuickVicw Autorun, which rums the QuiCkViCw
setup program, has also been copied to this CD, If the Autorun program
does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QUiCkView prograill,
