OF ?GTi.ji<.1 Fik.LD OFFICE <br />RECLANIATI aN ; & cqFM <br />1) Time of operation of proposed gravel pit would be Tarn - 7pm Monday thru Saturday. <br />2) De-watering of proposed gravel pit would be pumped into a settling pond along the <br />Deep-Cut ditch then tested for State Discharge Permit and gravity fed into ditch. <br />3) Reclamation of pit would immediately follow the removal of gravel deposits and would <br />be done by December of 2012. <br />4) Berm along highway 394, <br />Option 1- An 8' berm to be placed graded, top soiled and seeded with trees to be planted <br />at IS' spacing. <br />Option 2 - A 3' berm to be placed with an 8' cedar fence on top along highway 394. <br />Sincerely, <br />Steve Baker
