All Rite Paving & Redi Mix, Inc. has tried for several months to complete a weed <br />control plan through Otero County, and with the local NRCS, and we have not been able <br />to complete the plan. <br />We had a plan completed when we first received the problem notice from the DBMS, and <br />we can not seem to find a copy of the plan, nor can the county office find the plan. I have <br />attached a copy of a letter from Otero County requesting a thirty day extension for the <br />weed control plan. The county at this time does not have anyone in the position to <br />complete the documentation which we need to submit to the State. <br />Please advise our office if we can receive an extension, and we do apologize for the <br />inconvenience this has caused.
