the 2007 Water Year (W.Y.) Annual Hydrology Report, Request for Extension.
Dear Mr. Kaldenbach:
MCC is requesting an extension of time from the CDMG for submitting the 2007 VVY Annual
Hydrology Report (AHR) for tyre West Elk Mine. The request is necessary and prudent as our
contractor has not received our electronic copies of maps and other information to complete the
publication of the AHR. MCC expects to deliver the AHR to the Division May 31, 2008.
Please notify me if you have comments or questions regarding the report and the request.
