The following changes have been made to the <br />disturbed area since the last report period: <br />1. A total of 2.4 acres has been disturbed. The disturbed area encompasses the portal bench <br />and associated surface facilities and two storm water catch basins near the existing vent <br />hole (see attached Exhibit 1 J-Bird Mine Annual Report map). <br />2.
