'T <br />%r =,('~T <br />B1ueRock Energy Corporation <br />10 West Main St., Suite 110 <br />Cortez, CO. 81321 <br />April 18, 2008 <br />Colorado Department of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Re: Annual Report for J-Bird Mine, Permit M-2005-050, located in Section 13, Township 47N, <br />Range 20W, Montrose County, Colorado. <br />B1ueRock Energy Corporation ($REC) began operations at the J-Bird Mine under Reclamation <br />Permit M-2005-050 in December 27, 2007. The following changes have been made to the <br />disturbed area since the last report period: <br />1. A total of 2.4 acres has been disturbed. The disturbed area encompasses the portal bench <br />and associated surface facilities and two storm water catch basins near the existing vent <br />hole (see attached Exhibit 1 J-Bird Mine Annual Report map). <br />2.
