Box 1665 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />Re: Lyster Pit, 112 Application No. M-2008-009, Letter from the Colorado Division of Wildlife. <br />Dear Mr. Baker: <br />On April 3rd, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received correspondence from The Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife regarding above referenced 112 permit application. The letter regarding the Lyster Pit <br />specifically recommends that a seasonal closure between the dates of January 1 to March 31 to minimize <br />stress/disturbance to wintering deer/elk. Also, there is concern that increased travel on roads will have an impact <br />on wildlife. <br />Please respond directly to the Colorado Division of Wildlife on how the Lyster Oil Company will address the <br />concerns brought up by the Division of Wildlife.
