Drive, Milliken, CO 80543)
application for a Regular (112)
Construction Materials Operation
Reclamation Permit under
provisions of the Colorado Land
Reclamation Act for the Extraction
of Construction Materials. The
mine is known as the Parker-
Dersham Resource, and is located
at or near a portion of part of the
SE '/. and part of the NE '/. of
Section 36, Township 1N, Range
67W. of the 6th Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of
commencement is Winter 2007
and the proposed date of
completion is Winter 2013. The
proposed future use of the land is
water storage and pasture.
