Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />I am requesting your assistance in the review of the year 10 vegetation report entitled "Phase III <br />Bond Release Evaluation -Year 2 of 2, 2006 & 2007 Revegetation Success Evaluation", <br />submitted by Minrec, Inc for the Blue Ribbon Mine. The vegetation report was provided in <br />support of their eventual final bond release submittal. <br />There is no specific deadline associated with this report. Minrec has not applied for final bond <br />release yet. However, Jim Stover has said that they expect to submit the final bond release <br />application by the end of this May. <br />Attached is one complete copy of the vegetation report. The entire report, however, has been <br />scanned under "Reports". If you need any additional information, please let me know.
