Fourth quarter sediment pond inspections were conducted by KCC on October 18, <br />2007. No problems were noted with any of the ponds during the Fourth quarter 2007 inspection. None of <br />the ponds were discharging during Fourth quarter 2007 inspection. No maintenance items were identified <br />during the Fourth quarter 2007 inspection.
