CO-0027154, on March 3, <br />2008. <br />Two outfalls, OOSA/MON 5 (Pond D) and 008A (Pond G) discharged during January 2008. Outfa11005A <br />(pond D) discharged as a result of accidental water release form the start up of the new Coal Wash Plant. <br />CDPHE and DRMS representatives were notified in compliance with regulatory requirements. <br />Conductivity of the outfall OOSA was measured and reported. Other measured parameters were within <br />acceptable values. No exceedances were reported for Outfa11008A. The report is in compliance with Rule <br />4.15.13(2)(iii).
