The Division has completed its review of the above referenced report received on 11 Feb 2008. The
Division finds the 2007 Annual Reclamation Report in compliance of the following Rules:
Rule 2.04.13(1) -The ARR was received 11 Feb 2008. This is before the February 15 as no other date
has been agreed upon in the PAP.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) -The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address, and the
permit number.
Rule 2.04.13 (1)(b) - No additional acres were disturbed during calendar year 2007.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) -No disturbed acres were backfilled during calendar year 2007.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(d) - No disturbed acres were topsoiled during calendar year 2007.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) - No disturbed acres were revegetated during calendar year 2007.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(f) - The location and dates of planting for all previously revegetated areas is
illustrated on Exhibit 2 of the ARR.
Rule 2.04.13(2) -The following additional monitoring information was provided: bond release
summary, affected area summary, topsoiled acreage summary, reclaimed lands disposition summary,
and a description of the 2007 maintenance.
