Thank you for informing the Division of a possible trespass at the Ruby Trust Mine. The Division
forwarded your complaint to Mount Sneffels Mining Company. On November 13, 2007, the
Division received a response from Mount Sneffels Mining Company. Division records do not
verify that copy of the response was forwarded to you and is herein enclosed for your records.
As noted in the Division's response to Mount Sneffels Mining Company, dated February 14, 2008,
the Division has requested that Mount Sneffels Mining Company demonstrate a legal right of
entry to the permit area. Such demonstration should resolve the trespass concerns raised in your
October 2007 complaint.
