Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Forth Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 28 January 2008. The reports cover the time <br />period from O1 October 2007 through 31 December 2007. <br />Two NPDES outfalls at the Deserado Mine discharged during the Forth Quarter of 2007. Sediment <br />Pond DP-1 (OOIA) and the raw water lagoon (045A) discharged routinely throughout the quarter.
