Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Forth Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 28 January 2008. The reports cover the time <br />period from O1 October 2007 through 31 December 2007. <br />The two NPDES outfalls at the Edna Mine discharged during the Forth Quarter of 2007. Discharges <br />004A and 007A discharged routinely throughout the quarter. Discharges 004A and 007A were <br />sampled for WET analyses during the quarter.
