Sanborn Creek and Elk Creek Mines. The contents of this report are submitted to <br />satisfy the requirements of CDMG Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Reports. In addition, we <br />have also included an executed CDMG, Annual Reclamation Report for the Year 2007 form. <br />Location and numbers of acres disturbed during 2006: <br />Elk Creek Mine -gob vent boreholes and roads 7.2 acres <br />Location and number of acres of areas backfilled and Graded during 2006: <br />Elk Creek Mine -gob vent boreholes and roads 1.52 acres <br />Seed Purchases: <br />Seed was purchased from Granite Seed Company, Lehi, Utah. Attached are "Letters of <br />Certification" for seed shipped on 9/05/2007 and 10/15/2007. <br />Weed Control <br />Early season thistles, houndstongue and Whitetop were sprayed by a contractor using Telar and <br />Banvel herbicides in accordance with the label requirements. Late season thistles, houndstongue <br />and Russian knapweed were sprayed with a mixture of Vanquish and Redeem herbicides in <br />accordance with the labels. Areas sprayed included general disturbance areas such as road cuts, <br />warehouse storage areas, pond outslopes, etc. <br />Seeded reclaimed areas located in the Bear Creek and Hubbard Creek areas were spot sprayed <br />for bindweed with Redeem herbicide in accordance with the label requirements. <br />• Page 1 <br />
