Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with the following CDRMS regulation: <br />4.05.9(17) -Examined at least quarterly by a qualified person designated by the operator, for <br />appearance of structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. <br />4.05.9(17) - A copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br />The forth quarter sediment pond inspection reports were received by the Division on 07 January 2008. <br />Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TMI on November 15th, December 18th, and December <br />19th. <br />Eleven ponds were reported discharging at the time of the inspection. Maintenance identified during <br />the inspections consisted primarily of sediment marker repair or replacement. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
