Box 459 <br />Florence, CO 81226 <br />Re: Vento Coal Mine Property/Reclamation <br />Deaz Sirs: <br />Regarding your current reclamation project at the above referenced site in or neaz <br />Florence, Colorado, County of Fremont, we respectfully ask your consideration of <br />the following requests: <br />1) That the 12' x 20' wood frame building be left in tact <br />2) that the "haul road" to the refuse pile be left undisturbed and not reclaimed <br />3) that the road near the Vento Coal Mine house be left undisturbed and not <br />reclauned <br />4) that the barbed wire fence on both sides of the road near the "Vento Coal <br />Mine" house be repaired and the gates be reinstalled to a usable condition <br />5) that the first or entrance gate to the referenced property be left in place and the <br />locks left attached <br />6) that we be provided with any reports or papers regarding the mineral makeup <br />and/or content of the referenced property which may be in your possession. <br />Finally, we note that your company seems to be pulling scrap metal for salvage or <br />sell We would like to offer you any and all scrap metal at the site of the old <br />Vento Coal mine if you aze interested in salvaging or selling it or use it to fill in the <br />portals. <br />In return we would request that the hole neaz the opening of the old Vento Mine <br />tunnel be properly back filled. <br />please call me if you have any questions and thank you for your attention to these <br />requests. <br />Sincerer . <br />Irene C.
