All impoundment <br />inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. Inspections took place on <br />November 15~', December 18~' and December 19th. During the inspection, the following <br />maintenance items were noted. <br />Far East Buzzard -refasten sediment marker to post <br />Johnson #8 -replace identification sign <br />East Pyeatt #1-replace sediment marker <br />East Pyeatt #2- replace sediment marker, fill burrow on west side of spillway <br />East Pyeatt #3- replace sediment marker <br />Sage Gulch #2 -replace sediment marker <br />Oak Gulch #1 -replace sediment marker <br />West Flume #1 -replace sediment marker <br />East Flume #1 -exterminate burrowing animals and fill burrows in embankment and spillway <br />From the inspection, it was apparent that sediment was recently removed from many of the <br />ponds. At this time, none of the maintenance items represents a hazard to the integrity of the <br />drainage and sediment control system. All ponds are functioning as designed.
