During that inspection <br />there was no indication of mass movement within the permit <br />boundary. <br />It should be noted that the Somerset Creek Mine has not mined <br />in the general area of the modern landslide features with in the <br />unnamed drainage between the Sanborn Creek and Coal Gulch drainage. <br />Therefore, the results of the visual inspections for surface <br />movement in these areas will be used as a baseline for future <br />inspections. <br />This report is in accordance with paragraph 2.05.6(6)(c)(i) of <br />Permit #C-81-022. <br />Sincerely; <br />G~f/ ~ r~- <br />William A.
