If you wish to <br />continuously mine the site, you should re-apply for a 110 (less than 10 acres and <br />70,000 tons per year), or a 112 permit (10 or more acres, or extracting 70,000 tons <br />or more per year). Your annual fee and report are required pursuant to <br />C.R.S. 34-32-116(3) and 34-32-127(2)(a)(II>(A-D) of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act, as amended.
