The Colowyo Coal Company Annual Reclamation Report <br />is required by April 1 (Permit, page 4.05-11). It was submitted March 28, 2003, and received in the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) on March 31, 2003. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and address of the permittee and permit number; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The cover ofthe report includes the name ofthe permittee <br />(Colowyo Coal Company L.P.). The address (5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, Colorado 81641) and <br />permit number (C-81-019) identified in the introduction letter of March 28, 2003. <br />Rule 2.04.13(l)(b): Location and member of acres disturbed during that year; <br />The report is incompliance with this rule. The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />reporting form for 2002 is located in Section 3 of the report. 52.86 acres are reported as being <br />disturbed during 2002. Locations of 2002 disturbance are in Section 5 of the report (2002 Annual <br />Report Exhibit 7). See vicinity of N342000 E 1348000 for 19.7 acres of disturbance (S W corner <br />of the West Pit).
