IlE MOUNTAIN <br />D COMPANY <br />Re: Battle Mountain Resources, Inc. - San Luis Project <br />DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Monthly Pond Compliance Report - April 1993 <br />Dear Mr. Oehler: <br />Attached is the April 1993 monthly summary of cyanide analysis <br />performed on samples from the active pond, the inactive pond, <br />and the collection pond as required by the approved TR-010. <br />As outlined in TR-010, daily <br />pond and the collection pond <br />sample of the inactive (inac <br />on-site. TR-010 specifies a <br />regulating pond compliance. <br />follows: <br />Active Pond <br />Inactive Pond <br />Collection Pond <br />samples of the active (lower) <br />are analyzed on-site. The final analysis <br />reports and re-analysis checks from Core Labs for the samples <br />collected on April 16 are enclosed. The preliminary reports <br />for samples collected on April 28 are enclosed;theselsamples <br />are being re-analyzed. As previously discussed with ,you, the <br />wad cyanide values are greater than the total cyanid@ values. <br />All initial and re-analysis values reported by Core Labs are <br />below our permit limits. <br />If you have any questions, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Alana L.
