This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary
Cessation and it HAS operated more•than 180 days this year. This
111.20 acre ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond is
$40,800.00. We are currently working: with Ms. Lorraine Stepenske
to review the reclamation bond and it will probably increase this
year. We submitted a Technical Revision this year to change and
correct some minor problems at the operation. Part of that change
was to remove the Phases from the plan.
We decided to use a scaled down ANNUAL REPORT MAP this year
instead of the larger maps we have used in the past. Please refer
to it for •items discussed in this report. We will deal specifi-
cally with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in
Section 2.4.1 of the Rules and Regulations.
2.4.1
(1) No new area was disturbed this year, we continued to remove
material processed in previous years and mine in the area
stripped in the past.
