When we are done excavating that area, a small strip along the southwest shore, and the northwest corner, eve will be close to excavating approximately twenty surface acres of pond. We are planning to amend our permit for an additional 10 acres of pond for expansion in the finure (Refer to map for future expansion) 2000 Reclamation This fall we sloped, graded, and seeded, the entire northern shore of pond with the exception of the peninsular area. We also re-sloped, graded, and seeded the entire length of the east side. With the exception of the northwest and southwest comers of pond, we will have reclaimed approximately three-fourths of the entire shoreline of pond. Since our main post-mining use of the pond is recreation, we intend to try to release the entire pond from liability, in the very near future. ~1'e have also graded and seeded two additional areas -one north of our office, and one, south of processing area, this fall. (Refer to map). We are hoping to have grass growing on these two areas by summer, and would also anticipate trying to release them from our bond, early next year, as the post-mining use for these areas is grazing.
