DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Quarterly and Bi-weekly Sampling <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are analytical reports from Sangre De Cristo Labs (SDC) and Accu-Labs laboratories for <br />the recent quarterly and bi-weekly sampling periods as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plan. <br />The cross reference table between sample identification numbers, sample types, anej sample <br />locations is also attached. <br />All required sampling was completed. Analyses that have been received are enclosed and those <br />that have not been received will be forwarded to you as soon as they are sent to me. Field and <br />rinse blanks were collected as part of the QA/QC and are also included here. The lysemeters were <br />checked and found to be dry. Surface water stations RS-4 and RS-6 were also found "'o be dry. <br />When we checked the piezometers on August Ol, 1997 P-8 was found to have approximately 3 feel <br />~~ of water in it. Heavy rain this week has resulted in some ponding around P-8 and we Heel this hos <br />~~' had an effect on this piezometer. The other piezometers were dry or contained less than 12 inches <br />of water.
