No. M-76-056, Logan County <br />Anniversary da e: e ruary , <br />FEDERAL TAX ID# <br />RECEIVED <br />MAR 0 5 2003 <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />The current bond amount is $131,200, the permitted area is <br />86.38 acres ± and the pit is not Phased. This pit HAS NOT been <br />granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br />days this year. Please refer to the 2002 Annual Report Map for <br />the areas discussed in this report. In December 2002, Sterling <br />Ready-Mix Concrete Co., transferred this permit to McAtee Con- <br />struction Company. This is the first annual report prepared <br />after the Succession of Operator. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations <br />and the Annual Notice Letter. <br />(1) We continued to remove materials from Lake Robert and Lake <br />Marjorie that was disturbed in previous years. In addition, <br />we began mining in the west lake area by stripping 1.68 <br />acres and creating a 0.56 acre lake on the north side of the <br />- a-rea. Stockpiled materials located-within the-_Plant Site <br />area and in the southeast corner of the Lake Marjorie area <br />continued to be removed this year.
