The pit is still being operated by Aggregates, Inc. under a <br /> lease from Suburban. A Technical Revision was approved in June, <br /> 1992 and the bond amount was increased to $68, 500 to cover the <br /> changes needed to supply a large amount of materials to the new <br /> Denver Airport. This pit is permitted for 168.41 acres ± and the <br /> pit is not Phased. This pit been granted a V011POINW.,, <br /> Gammohninn and it s this year. Please <br /> reamer to the map at ached or a areas discussed in this report. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> requirements in Section 2.4 . 1 of the Rules and Regulations. <br /> 2 . 4 . 1 <br /> (1) At the current time we have 69. 77 acres ± disturbed in the <br /> pit. This entire area was stripped of topsoil and the topsoil <br /> was stockpiled for use in reclamation. We have approximately <br /> 33 , 200 YD stockpiled, on 4 .80 acres ± on the east side of the <br /> stripped area (brown) . Of the total disturbed area 31. 73 <br /> acres is stripped and ready for mining (tan) , 30. 46 acres ± is <br /> lake area (blue) and 3. 33 acres ± has been partially reclaimed <br /> (green) . <br /> (2) No reclamation was required during this year. As noted above <br /> there are 3 . 33 acres where reclamation has begun. The area <br /> was graded, shaped and resoiled this fall. It will be seeded <br /> this spring when weather permits. In addition to the above <br /> water sloping completed, approximately 2 ,925 linear feet of <br /> subsurface sloping was completed in thesame area. <br />
