This report complies with the approved monitoring plan contained in the
permit application. The 1990 AHR report was also reviewed.
On October 5, 1940 the Division approved technical revision TR-04 to amend the hydrology
monitoring plan. This revision reduced the monitoring requirements to only taking water
level measurements in well 7. The submittal of the 1991 AHR complies with the hydrology
monitoring plan approved in this revision.
Well 7 is a monitoring well completed in the spoils aquifer. The 1991 report contains the
water level measurement for Well 7, comparisons of past years water level data and an
assessment of possible causes for the water level fluctuations. The spoils aquifer monitored
by this well is established, and water level fluctuations appear to be associated with annual
changes in precipitation.
The data does not suggest that there are adverse impacts to the prevailing hydrologic
balance from past or current operations.
