The
drainage system installed during the reclamation construction functioned as
designed. No spring activity was noted at the mine site during the year.
The around water monitoring appears to closely follow previous years' results
with water levels generally slightly lower due to the relatively dry past two
years.
The results presented in your annual Hydrologic Report appear to be as
expected. No potential off-site impacts were detected from the data presented
or from our field inspections.
The data from the bond release have been incorporated into the permit
application.
Sincerely,
~,~.
J.
